Exchange Policy

We have a strictly no refund policy. Exchanges are allowed on a case-by-case basis only and is subjected to item availability.

Below are some examples of reasons that we deem as INVALID for exchanges:

  • I don't like the colour or design.
  • My mother doesn't like the items I purchased for her.
  • The item doesn't suit me.
  • I am no longer interested in this item.
  • I've accidentally purchased the wrong item.

All exchanges has to be done within 7 working days upon order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the delivery costs incurred to mail the items back. We will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.

To return and exchange your order, send us an email at within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

Please do indicate your name, phone number, address and order number.

Take note, we will not be responsible for any lost mail during this return process.
